While qualifications and training alone do not guarantee that a therapist will be right for a particular client, I believe it is important that my clients know that I am a qualified and registered therapist, and that I am committed to continue to develop my understanding and skills through ongoing training.

I am married with two teenage children and I have now lived in South Leicestershire for over 25 years, after growing up in Hampshire.
I have also worked in industry for over 30 years in factory environments, on industrial sites and running small businesses; and working on projects in the energy, power, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors worldwide. This has given me broad experience working across different cultures, in a variety of teams, including management roles, working with financial challenges and overcoming difficult circumstances. I currently also teach Level 2 Counselling Skills in a local Further Education College.
I feel that this broad working and life experience contributes to my understanding of the many challenges life can throw at us.
