I am a graduate of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute and have practiced as an integrative therapist for more than 5 years. Since February 2021 I have also been a lecturer in counselling originally at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire college and now at my own training centre.

My training is in a developmental relational model that combines theoretical perspectives from various counselling and psychotherapy schools with an aim to provide the best support that I am able to give; my integration includes concepts from Person Centred Theory, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Object Relations, Attachment Theory, and Self-Psychology.

Through supervision, I can help you to explore a range of issues related to your clients, your practice and your development. I believe in creating a warm relational  environment where you feel safely supported to explore the good and less good parts of your practice.
